Global Women Project, 2010

On October 29-30, Daniel Stern Studio was proud to host the opening of the Global Women Project: a ten year painting vision progressing into its third year.

Figurative painter, Jennifer White Kuri observes, interviews, and portrays women worldwide (through collage, newspaper clippings, symbols, words, etc) and conceptually connects a thread of similarity by way of her own psych. It is rare to have a painter reveal unfinished works of this magnitude, and we were very grateful to be a part of the journey.
